Friday & Saturday overnight stays at The Caldwell Inn for 10 guests and at the Groom's Cabin for 6 guests (check in noon Friday-check out noon Sunday), Bridal Dressing Room, 2 day rental of The Caldwell Wedding Chapel (seats 115) or the outdoor Wedding Paddock (seats 150+), 2 day rental of The Caldwell Carriage House & Pavilion, use of the Caldwell Stage & Dance Floor, use of the caterers' kitchen for the weekend, round tables and white chairs for up to 150 guests, table/chair set up/take down now included, 4 cocktail tables, 8 serving tables, bar, guest parking and complimentary transportation for the wedding party to and from the wedding chapel on "Walt" the wedding trolley.  Use of Bluetooth speakers and corn hole set is included with wedding package rental. 

Use of The Caldwell Inn property for engagement photos is free with reservation of the Magnolia Suite Wedding Package.

The Caldwell  2 Day Wedding Package

Party at the Caldwell

Six-hour rental of The Carriage House & Pavilion at The Caldwell Inn. Rental includes Carriage House, Indoor/Outdoor Pavilion, Dance Floor & Stage, use of the caterer's kitchen, 2 public restrooms, serving tables, guest tables, white chairs, table/chair set up and take down, Bluetooth sound system, and guest parking.  

 This option may only be scheduled on available dates within 90 days of event.​

Party at the Carriage House

Six-hour rental of The Carriage House at The Caldwell Inn. Rental includes use of the caterer's kitchen, 2 public restrooms, serving tables, guest tables, white chairs, table/chair set up and take down, Bluetooth sound system, guest parking.  

​This option may only be scheduled on available dates within 90 days of event.

​​Bridal/Baby Showers

Four hour rental of The Carriage House at The Caldwell Inn. Rental includes use of the caterer's kitchen, 2 public restrooms, serving tables, guest tables, white chairs, table and chair set up and clean up, Bluetooth sound system, guest parking.  Four-hour block includes time for set up, shower and clean up.  

Showers are typically scheduled on Sundays from 2:00 pm-6:00 pm but additional times may be available upon request.
