  Magnolia Suite Wedding Package: $5,500

Friday & Saturday overnight stays at The Caldwell Inn for 10 guests and at the Groom's Cabin for 6 guests (check in noon Friday-check out noon Sunday), 2 day rental of The Caldwell Wedding Chapel (seats 125) or the outdoorWedding Paddock (seats 150), 2 day rental of The Caldwell Carriage House & Pavilion, use of the Caldwell Stage & Dance Floor, use of the caterers' kitchen for the weekend, round tables and white chairs for up to 150 guests, 7 serving tables, bar, 4 wine barrel bistro tables, guest parking and complimentary transportation for the wedding party to and from the wedding chapel on "Walt" the wedding trolley.  Use of bluetooth speakers, corn hole set, & s'mores tables trays with wedding package rental.

The Caldwell Wedding Package: $4,000

Friday & Saturday event (Friday noon-9:00 pm & Saturday 9:00 am-11:00 pm), 2 day rental of The Caldwell Wedding Chapel (seats 100) or the outdoorWedding Paddock (seats 150), 2 day rental of The Caldwell Carriage House & Pavilion, use of the Caldwell Stage & Dance Floor, use of the caterers' kitchen, round tables and white chairs for up to 150 guests, 7 serving tables, bar, 4 wine barrel bistro tables, guest parking. Use of bluetooth speakers, corn hole set & s'mores table trays with wedding package rental.

Winter Micro Wedding Package: $4,500

Since The Caldwell Inn & Chapel is primarily an indoor/outdoor venue, the winter months are most conducive to our micro weddings.  This is a nice option for vow renewals, smaller family centered weddings or an elopement with a few special guests. This special package, available December-March, includes:

Friday & Saturday overnight stays at The Caldwell Inn for 10 guests and at the Groom's Cabin for 6 guests (check in noon Friday-check out noon Sunday), 2 day rental of The Caldwell Wedding Chapel (up to 50 guests), 2 day rental of The Caldwell Carriage House, use of the caterers' kitchen for the weekend, round tables and white chairs for up to 50 guests,  serving tables, 4 wine barrel bistro tables, guest parking and complimentary transportation for the wedding party to and from the wedding chapel on "Walt" the wedding trolley.  Use of Bluetooth speakers are included in this package.

Use of The Caldwell Inn property for engagement photos is free with reservation of the Micro Wedding Package.

 

Bridal/Baby Showers: $300

Four hour rental of The Carriage House at The Caldwell Inn. Rental includes use of the caterer's kitchen, 2 public restrooms, serving tables, guest tables, white chairs, Bluetooth sound system, guest parking.  Four hour block includes time for set up, shower and clean up.  Additional time will be charged at $100/hour or any part thereof.  Showers are typically scheduled on Sundays from 2:00 pm-6:00 pm but additional times may be available upon request.

Goin' To The Chapel Package: $1,000

Two hour rental of The Caldwell Wedding Chapel for ceremony only. This time includes set up, ceremony and clean up. Additional time will be charged at $500/hr or any part thereof. This option includes 2 public restrooms, guest parking and use of Bluetooth sound system.

This option may only be scheduled on available dates 90 days prior to event.
