Welcome to the Caldwell Inn, a beautiful home built in the late 1800's for Dr. Caldwell and his family. Dr. Caldwell was one of the first doctors in Milan, Tennessee who, as was customary in the day, treated patients in the medical salon located in his home on Main Street.  Since those early days, the Caldwell house has served as Milan's public library and later, home to the Holmes family.  

In 2017 Charles and Diana Taylor purchased the Caldwell house and surrounding property with the vision of creating a wedding/event venue where guests could slow down, relax and enjoy time together.  After 5 years of restoration and renovation, The Caldwell Inn stands as a cherished reminder of Milan's glory days.  The inn is now a stately southern mansion boasting 5 beautifully appointed king bedrooms, inviting living areas, a state of the art caterer's kitchen and vibrant gardens.  The soft color palette and vintage decor throughout the inn will make you want to unpack your bags and stay forever!  Adjacent to the inn stands The Carriage House reception hall and The Caldwell Pavilion that may be reserved separately for special events

The Caldwell Inn was specially designed to accommodate wedding weekends where the bride and groom can stay on premise with their wedding party throughout their wedding celebration. Our guests experience southern hospitality with the modern conveniences we all love!
