When first imagining the Caldwell Inn as a wedding venue, our vision was to create a destination-type atmosphere where the wedding party could stay for the weekend, relax on the premises and enjoy all their festivities with no stress. We wanted our couples to celebrate the best weekend of their lives, surrounded by the people they love, enjoying each and every moment! Getaways
Whether you are planning a big event at The Caldwell Inn or just having a girls' getaway weekend of antique shopping in West Tennessee, you have a place to call home! This 4,500 square foot Greek Revival home has 5 beautifully appointed guest rooms with luxury king beds, 4 newly renovated bathrooms, 3 comfortable living spaces for visiting, reading or relaxing and a kitchen caterers love. Parking is available on site and internet is provided free to guests staying in the inn. The Caldwell Inn is centrally located to many of Milan's churches, restaurants, and shopping areas and Milan's very own Ritz-3 movie theater is just a short walk down Main Street. We hope you'll come stay with us soon.
Reservations for the inn are only offered as a whole house rental with a two night minimum. These reservations can be made up to 90 days prior to your planned arrival. Use of our reception areas can be added for an additional fee.

Parties & Celebrations
The Caldwell Inn is the perfect place to host your next party, shower, family reunion or girls' weekend retreat! Just let us know what your occasion calls for and we will do our best to accommodate your plans. Smaller groups enjoy reserving The Carriage House at The Caldwell Inn for bridal/baby showers, business meetings or meetings. The Carriage House reception area is best suited for 50 seated or 75 "come & go" guests. The Carriage House has a Bluetooth TV and portable PA system for our guests' audio/visual needs. The Carriage House is adjacent to the 2400 square foot Caldwell Pavilion which can accommodate up to 150 guests. The Caldwell Pavilion has 5 large ceiling fans to keep guests comfortable in warm weather and patio heaters for chilly weather. Tables and chairs for up to 150 guests are included in the rental price. Guest parking is available in the lighted parking lots directly across the street from the venue.
